ATTENTION YOUTH LEADERS! Here’s the initial invitation for
EMPTY DUGOUT VIII - the Eighth Annual District-wide Coed Youth Softball Tournament/Lock-in:
- SOFTBALL Games all day Saturday in Pool Play
- TOURNEY Games Sunday morning
- HOMERUN DERBY
- Outdoor WORSHIP in the evening on the Diamond
- PIZZA PARTY at dusk, then DJ, dance & open gym
- LOCK-IN at FVL in the gymnasiums
- CONCESSIONS available all day
- JUICE and DONUTS to get you ready to head home
- Christian FELLOWSHIP, FOOD, and FUN!
REGISTRATION:
$25 per CONGREGATION due by June 1st
$20 per PERSON due by June 1st
($10 for adults)
What we NEED most is for YOU to get back to us telling us you’ll be bringing at team! If you believe you have teens, but not enough for a whole team, we would combine them with others to form a team. The sooner we hear from you, the quicker we can set up the tournament schedule and get back to you with final details.
